Because of Dr. Domanski’s busy schedule, his patients plan their surgeries months in advance.

Dr. Domanski was born in Washington, DC, and grew up in Rockville, Maryland. He attended college at the University of Virginia and medical school at the University of Maryland. He then spent eight years in surgical training at the University of Texas Medical Branch, George Washington University, and the University of Mississippi.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Domanski is a faculty member of the Osler Institute. He helps new graduates prepare for the American Board of Plastic Surgery examination. He finds this contribution especially meaningful—because by having better doctors, we get to live in a society with better medicine.
In his spare time, Dr. Domanski enjoys spending time with his family, playing the piano, and running. He has completed several ultramarathons, including the 106-mile, Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc. Dr. Domanski has also run solo across the Grand Canyon and back in a single day.
